Clinic 10am —-Rope climbs….we know everyone is excited about climbing the rope to the very top….feet position seem to be the real issue here. Come in and work on reaching your goals and being efficient at it! Coach Stan makes them look easy, he will show you how you can to. Coach Fe will be at the CF KIDS certification with our Drachen CrossFit Friends and owners Adrianne and Corrine Check.

HUI OHANA leaves Thursday evening to show our love and support for Coach Kari at Mid-Atlantic Regionals in Fairfax, Va. Most of you will be joining us at some point. For those of you who are not able to make it, please feel free to visit and Wod with our Gloucester friends Bill and Emily. They are amazing and as friendly as we are.
Memorial day MURPH….will be hanging and sweating with Bill, Emily and crew. This is one of our personal fav’s. Please make plans to meet us there by 10am…WOD will begin no later than 1030am…with a Paleo Pot luck to follow. Coach Fe will be bringing her cinn and dark choc almond butter with some awesome paleo banana bread. What will you bring to share? I know I want Chloe and Kenny’s homemade Plantain chips!
