Whether you’re preparing for your first meet, or just want to improve athletic performance, our Olympic Lifting program will help you achieve your goals. This program is centered around the two main lifts: The snatch, and the clean & Jerk.
What will we focus on first? First, you will go through a mobility and movement screening to assess your abilities and limitations for weightlifting. From there, we will tailor a basic Olympic Weightlifting program to attack your weaknesses.
The average class will typically consist of a comprehensive warm-up, a main lift (snatch/clean&jerk) or a variation, technique or pulling drills, as well as dynamic accessory work for speed and strength gains.
