I spent years working out trying to see results from hours spent in the gym, only to fail over and over again at achieving my goals.  I'm 4 months into crossfit and I'm finally accomplishing the goals I set out 5 years ago.  Thank you, Crossfit Hui.  Without my Ohana, i don't know where I'd be, you guys make every bad day better and always push me to do my best.
