Great Wod tonight! Those athletes who missed the measurements…weigh-in..and WOD will need to get those numbers into coach Fe and coach Kari by the end of the week. If you have a scale at home…BRING IT IN…we are holding them hostage at the box until the end of the 8 weeks. There is no need to weigh yourself every day.
