Be sure to arrive on time for each class…if you are running past 5 minutes please wait for the next class..  We will all be meeting at the WHITEBOARD  so that the LEAD COACH can explain the days WOD ….if you are unclear about any part of the dailies activities and what is required in a timely manner PLEASE ask a COACH.  We are extremely busy in the evening, please be respectful to all athletes …new and old.  AND HAVE FUN!…
