Love this quote…and so true…..one of my favorite quotes —“The world meets nobody halfway…when you want something , you have to take it…” So many of us search for instant gratification….we want to see changes in our bodies as in yesterday…Bodywieght snatch should take me at least 2 months…My arms and midline should be leaner but I want to drink every night and eat like CRAP….CHANGE is WORK…EVERYDAY…and it DOESN’T STOP. Its the journey that is worth the sacrifice….You have to decide if YOU are WORTH it…
That being said…day one wods have been posted for Coach Kari’s journey to regionals. We are so proud of her hard work and determination…as she walks humbly ….we love you and can’t wait to see you kill it.
QUICK REMINDER….All ATHLETES need to wipe down their white boards….so many of you get caught up in great conversation and I get the honor wipe them all down for you. Please take some pride in your box and it’s belongings…it is the small things that make the difference.
